Shipping & Returns
We provide $10 flat rate shipping for all orders within Australia.
All orders are processed and sent within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. The following is a guide only.
Gold Coast/Brisbane: Same or following Business Day.
QLD/VIC/NSW/ACT/SA: 1-3 Business Days
TAS: 3-7 Business Days.
WA: 7-10 Business Days.
Our courier partner strives to have your goodies to you within this time, however occasionally they face delays beyond their control (bad weather etc). You can track your delivery with the tracking number sent to you. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us. Delivery and processing times increase during peak times like Christmas and during sales.
$20 Flat Rate International Shipping is available for towels, sheets and wraps. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping on baskets as a standard at this stage. However, if you would like a quote on shipping, please email us at email@example.com
If you place an order that includes pre ordered items, your order will only be sent once all of your items are ready to be shipped. Please place separate orders if you'd like your stock items to be sent immediately.
Should you have any questions regarding current or future orders, please don't hesitate to email us.
You may return faulty items within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Due to the nature of our baskets being hand made, they are not expected to be perfect. However, these minor imperfections are what creates character in each individual piece. This does not make them faulty. However, if something is of a concern with your new basket, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind. However, we may provide a credit note to be used to exchange your item. In this case please contact us and explain why you'd like to return your item. Approval will be upon our discretion and if your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note, all basket sales are final. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of posting your return. Please contact us if you have not received your return in this time. All returns must have a tracking number. Should any parcels not be received at our end, we are not responsible.
